Appointments & General Questions

  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. To book an appointment please call our office and our administration staff will handle your booking.

  • What is included in your eye exam?

    Your eye exam is a comprehensive check of your eye health and prescription. The exam will begin with a series of pre-tests before seeing your Optometrist for the exam. Burlington Eyecare uses the latest technology during your exam, including an OTC (Optical Coherence Tomography) machine.

  • What insurance do you accept?

    We accept most major insurance providers, and can submit directly to your insurance on your behalf.

  • What happens if a patient needs a specialist?

    During your eye examination your Optometrist will determine if you need to see a specialist and refer you directly if needed. In order to see an Ophthalmologist a referral is required.
