Dr. Ryan Cavaliere

Dr. Ryan Cavaliere was born in Kitchener, ON. An early interest in Optometry was developed after he received his first pair of glasses for nearsightedness and was first able to notice fine details such as the individual leaves on trees. 

After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Science at the University of Waterloo in 2016, he completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo in 2020, making the Dean’s Honours List for both. On his first internship outside of the University, he furthered his education in Oklahoma where he helped serve the Indigenous community at the Cooweescoowee Health Center and was able to observe cataract surgeries, glaucoma surgeries, and other ocular procedures. His second internship was completed at Burlington Eyecare, where he is now delighted to be practicing! He is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the College of Optometrists of Ontario

Dr. Cavaliere enjoys providing comprehensive eye examinations to help diagnose and manage a wide variety of ocular conditions and is excited to provide excellent care for his patients. Dr. Cavaliere also enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as playing tennis and board games.
