I just went for my first visit to get complete testing and examination. I also ordered a new pair of glasses. Everyone there is very friendly and boy do they know their stuff. All my questions were answered and I even learned a great deal about my condition and eye health.

Easily accessible. Kind, professional, patient.
I heard about Dr. Germain from a family member. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome. The receptionists K and K, and Dr. Germain were very kind and caring. Dr. Germain, in his own quiet and professional way tested my eyes and explained all he was doing along the way. Mark showed me many frames to choose from.
I would highly recommend this place with easy accessibility and parking. Keep up the good work! God bless!

Involved exam of my rare optical condition.
This was my first visit to see Dr. Germain and I could not be more impressed. I'd had my last exam two years ago at 3 for 1 Glasses in Upper Hamilton. Although the staff was friendly, there were concerns. My prescription just wasn't right. I went back to have it fixed but was never happy with the results.
Dr. Germain, on the other hand, did an involved exam and asked many questions.
He also took the opportunity to engage his Student Eye Dr. To teach him of my unoften seen optics. Bravo! I am looking forward to my new prescription and many years as a loyal patient.

Covid-19 protocols in place, maximum limit 10 people at anytime. This is where I got my first set of contact lenses. I was desperate to wear contacts after requiring prescription glasses since age 10 and they made it easy and comfortable and have my complete trust. Have always had a great experience at Burlington Eyecare. Nice selection of frames and lenses available and patient staff always helpful to assist you whenever possible and no matter how often your alter your frames selection. Convenient hours with extended hours Wednesday evening and Saturdays. Conveniently located with parking available. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent exam, showroom, and follow-up.
I recently had the pleasure of getting new glasses from Burlington Eyecare. After more than 20 years at another optometrist I was somewhat hesitant to change but Dr. Germain saw me a couple of years ago for a emergency visit for eye infection and I thought I would try them out as it has more convenient hours and location. I have to say that the exam, the showroom and follow-up afterwards was excellent. There was a problem with the delivery of my prescription sunglasses but they jumped through hoops to get the new glasses to me prior to my vacation and as an apology for the delay, provided a healthy discount. I can't be more pleased. I highly recommend Burlington Eyecare.
